Job Profile:
Interacting and providing Level 2 and 3 technical supports to the customers.
Troubleshooting the technical issues and resolving queries related to all CISCO products.
Remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
 
Job Location   - Gurgaon ONLY
 
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Sc(IT)
 
Year of Pass out: 2008 (min 65% aggregate)
 
Duration and Stipend: 9 months training and will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period. After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get absorbed with ARICENT subject to open positions.

Skills Required:
 
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts). 
Excellent Communication skills(Voice Based)
Ability to understand technical issues and the ability to apply technology and products to a business opportunity.
Work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth troubleshooting skills.
 
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
 
Routing Protocols ,TCP/ IP and IRQs ,Basic operating systems related to Networking
